• Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities,

• Fluent in English, French or Arabic,

• High analytical and communication skills,

• Proficient in MS Office programs,

• Able to use office tools effectively, preferably SAP.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Entering the orders of export customers into the system,

• To provide the necessary coordination for the smooth running of the operation processes of the orders, invoicing, customs documents and shipment,

• To follow up the monthly orders in S&OP and convey them to the relevant sales managers,

• Taking part in the operational processes carried out with the dealers,

• Preparing weekly sales reports,

• To work on invoice approval processes.
