Budget and Reporting Manager

Qualifications; 

We’re looking for an Budget and Reporting Manager to join Beyçelik Holding Finance Team in İstanbul. The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree from related fields (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting),
• Min. 5 years experience of working as a Budget and Reporting Manager or a similar role,
• Experienced in areas of financial reporting, IFRS, consolidation, auditing, financial analysis, financial planning, financial modelling and management reporting,
• 4-5 years working experience in financial audit firms preferred,
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines,
• Target orientation and time management skills to meet strict deadlines, resilience against time pressure,
• Result-oriented and able to make quick decisions, strong communication skills and coordination skills, open to innovation and development,
• Deep experience in MS Office, especially in Excel,
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
• Residing or able to reside in the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

Job Description:

• Organization and coordination of budget and reporting process,
• Responsible for Cash flow reporting and forecasting and supporting Working Capital Management,
• Managing the necessary setups for Budgetary Control and monitoring the budget throughout the year,
• Providing financial and ad-hoc analysis where needed
• Identifying variances between budget and actual financial results at the end of each reporting period,
• Preparing monthly/quarterly management and board reports and presentations,
• Providing financial analysis and strategic input to facilitate high-level decision-making by management,
• Assisting other departments and group companies in preparing operating budgets according to their goals and expenses,
• A highly motivated team worker, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various work assignments,
• Reporting directly to CFO.
