Beylikduzu American Culture College is looking for Speaking Teachers to join our GREAT team for 2020-2021 school year.

An ideal candidate must have the following qualifications;

• BA Degree in English Language Teaching (ELT),  British Language and Literature or American Language and Literature (teaching certificate preferred). 
• At least 1-3 years successful teaching experience.
• Ability to work in content area with individual and group of students.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with others and be flexible.
• Must be punctual and able to follow school policies and regulations.
• Must have enthusiasm for teaching and a bright personality.
• Be able to prepare rigorous, engaging lessons and other instructional materials to meet the individual needs for all students.

Job description
The main responsibility of a teacher is to help students understand English, speak it. Your duties will range from the preparation of course work, planning of classes and the marking of work handed in. On top of this you will also have to arrange extra curricular activities and set targets for your students. 


 Typical duties include:

• Organising and delivering classroom lectures to students.
• Evaluating a students' class work and assignments.
• Preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts.
• Recording and maintain accurate student attendance records and grades.
• Classroom management.
• Developing English lesson plans in line with the curriculum.
• Maintaining discipline in the classroom.
• Creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere.
