Duties and profile :

• Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering
• Several years of professional experience as a leading person in the field of sheet metal production
• Programming laser cutting systems and press brakes
• Operating current laser cutting systems, press brakes including peripherals
• 3D modelling is an advantage
• Execution and monitoring of maintenance work according to the maintenance plan

• Timely implementation of production orders

• Characterization by an independent and organized way of working

• Proactively providing and developing the sheet metal production
• Exchange with machines and equipment suppliers
• Close exchange with all parts of the supply chain
• Ensuring quality and productivity targets are reached
• Continuous improvement of processes in the team
• Able to taking responsibility in a varied fields 
• To be a team player
• Create a motivating and inspiring working environment in the team
• Promoting team members through onboarding, coaching and feedback
• Located in Eskisehir
• Fluently talking/reading in English
