Senior Data Scientist

In bi. technology, we design and provide digital solutions for hospitality industries. Our products include decision making and revenue management components. The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for the further development of the these modules. Predictive and generative modeling of sales and market dynamics, development of decision optimization solution (through optimization or Reinforcement Learning )are major direction of work for this position.

Qualifications

Bachelorís degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical,Industrial and etc.), Math, Statistics (Masterís Degree is a plus),

Min. 5 years of experience in:

Analytical Models/Methods, Predictive Modeling, Reinforcement Learning and Optimization

Experience with at least one main stream deep learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet

Experience with Time Series Models

Design, development and evaluation of models for Clustering, Classification, and Anomaly Detection

Experience with Data Science tools including Python scripting, numpy, scipy, matplotlib, plotly, scikit-learn

Preferably knowledge on Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.)

Analyzing and understanding historical data for specific applications

Project management and analytical thinking skills,

Results-driven and delivery-focused,

Tourism sector experience is a plus,

Strong written, verbal communication skills.

Job Description

Design statistical models ( predictive, generative) and test model performance

Update models considering changing market conditions,

Design and implementation of Decision Optimization and Recommender piplines,

Take active responsibility on business ownership and end-to-end management of analytical projects.

Follow-up of model performance, monitor the marketing / sales actions, measure periodically their impacts and communicate the results,
