Import Export Specialist

We are looking for an 'Import and Export Specialist" to be assigned to our company operating in İzmir Torbalı. The qualifications required of suitable candidates for the position are listed below:

•  Planning all logistics procedure (Especially Import)
•  Handling Import-Export documents such as Invoice, packing list,  with ship liner, freight forwarder, customs till cooperate with transport team to deliver the product to warehouse/ port / customer by truck/trailer
• Check order receiving, control the shipment schedule
• Negotiate transportation and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability for air/sea/overland freight operations with truckers, shipping lines and other supplier
• Follow up closely with agents and shipping lines to ensure that pricing is provided on time
• Cooperate with internal department about production planning, packing plan and control the dispatching department for loading cargo as order requirement
• Issue PO, all payment such as advance / balance payment, import tax, shipping expense, liner, freight forwarder for freight charge and truck/trailer expense.
• Recheck all import-Export documents (Invoice, packing list or other)
• Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
