Position

Here is a wonderful opportunity for resort-based Training Supervisor at all year round open Biblos Resort Alacati. We require the following abilities. If you feel that you are the one, then send us your application.

Job Description

·         Organization of internal trainings and searching for alternative suppliers

·         To translate all necessary documents and conduct all other necessary tasks      appointed by HR Manager

·         Assist to coordinate all major HR&Training activities

·         Create and update presentation files for internal and external meetings

·         Prepare and support performance evaluation process

·         Carry out administration and updating of HR&Training tools to ensure quality and    accuracy of databases

·         Create Purchase Orders, track budgets and expenses

·         Track Training budget

·         Implement and ensure follow-up of the consequences of internal/employee communication actions.

Qualifications

·         University degree

·         3 years of experience in a Training Supervisor position, preferably in five-star luxury hotel

·         HR experience in training is an asset

·         Should have strong MS Office skills

·         Must be self directed and highly motivated

·         Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills

·         Solid quantitative and analytical skills, ability to work in team setting, drive team results

·         Good command of English
