· Relevant degree or Diploma from an accredited university in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related major
· 5 or more years experience in Front Office, Guest Relations or related professional area. (Preferably in a 5 star hotel.)
· Excellent command of English (Preferably, ability to communicate in a second language)
· Excellent supervisory skills, inter-personal and communication skills.
· Must be able to perform all front office functions.
· Ability to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction.
· Ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
· Ability to enforce all company rules and procedures.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Supervise Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standards,
· Monitor the staff's interaction with guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service; resolve discrepancies with respective personnel,
· Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of department objectives and policies,
· Conduct pre-shift meetings/line-ups with staff and review all information pertinent to the day's business,
· Attend to Guests’ enquiries, requests, complaints and compliments,
· Access all function of computer system according to established procedures and standards,
· Observe guest reactions and confer frequently with staff to ensure guest satisfaction,
· Provide quality service with colleagues to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest's experience,
· Maintain professional image while on duty with well grooming hygiene and prescribed uniform.
