QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Bıçakcılar is the leading disposable medical device and medical device manufacturer in Esenyurt, Istanbul who brand has gained wide acceptance and has established a tradition of sustained reliability and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a dynamic, intelligent, strategic HR Specialist that will add value to our company with below qualifications.

  • BS/MS degree from reputable university in Human Resources, Social Science and/or other related field
  • Min. 3-4 years of total experience in HR function
  • Very good knowledge in written and spoken English
  • Strong planning and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to details, experience with data analyticsFlexible - ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures, priorities and/or work environments
  • Good team player with strong problem solving skills

Position will report to HR Manager. Her/His role and responsibilities will not be limited by this definition;

  • Performing recruitment process for white/blue collars employees in line with Bıçakcılar’s company strategies
  • Having active role in all ongoing and developing HR projects as performance management, talent acquisition, organizational development and discipline prosses
  • Performing development and implementation of HR policies and procedure
  • Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
  • Supporting team on determining training needs, preparing yearly training plan, organizing training programs
  • Provide assistance to employees on various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, benefits, policies, etc.
  • Preparing the required reports related to HR topics
  • Improve employee relations and employee communication
  • Other duties as assigned
