Export Customer Service Specialist

Turkey's leading manufacturer of medical devices and disposable medical devices and brand of our company to serve in head office in Altunizade, we are looking for an"Export Customer Service Specialist" with following qualifications.

·         Graduated from related departments of universities

·         Min. 2-3 years of experience in export customer service processes

·         Excellent command of written and spoken English

·         Strong communication skills and compatible with teamwork

·         Strong job follow-up, able to manage and follow more than one process at the same time Able to adapt to intense and stressful work pace

·         Respond to all requests/complaints from customers in a timely manner in coordination with the relevant units.

·         Analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Description

·         Acting with internal and external units in order to ensure a smooth process flow from receipt of sales requests to the end of sales by issuing invoices to the customer and to respond to requests that may arise after sales

·         Developing strong business customer relationships by providing excellent customer service

·         Being the first point of contact for customers and sharing all kinds of requests/information with customers in a timely manner by working in coordination with the relevant units.

·         Entering the offers into the system in line with the requests from the customers and negotiating the production planning and delivery time

·         Preparing the proforma, sharing it with the customer and opening the orders in the system based on the customer's approval

·         Following up open orders, to inform in case of any changes or delays

·         Organizing the shipment of orders and informing customers

·         Preparing the shipping documents in a timely and complete manner and forwarding them to the operation unit

·         Sharing post-shipment documents with customers

·         Making sample submissions

·         Carrying out freight inquiries from shipping companies when necessary

·         Sharing documents requested by customers, such as certificates, user manuals, product labels, etc., from the relevant units.

·         Have the current customers' current cards defined in the system/revision if necessary for existing customers

·         Forwarding customer complaints to the relevant departments
