• Preferably 10+ e-commerce experience
• The job position maybe in Amsterdam, Holland  or Turkey, Europe perminent residency candidates will be assessed.
• Fluent English (verbal/written), fluent local language of the assigned country.
• Communication proficiency.

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensures comprehensive launch of the Company’s operations in the Europe,  including the set-up of legal entity, licensing, office arrangement, team hiring, start of sales, etc.
• Develop a strong PR presence in the Europe market
• Act as project manager for eCommerce initiatives with a specific focus on revenue growth, repeat purchases, customer acquisition and retention
• Provides general oversight of all operations and business activities of the Company in the Europe, manages the day-to-day operations, and assures a smoothly functioning, efficient organization.
• Ensures the Company’s operations produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy
• Ensure the Company and its business comply with all applicable local legal and regulatory requirements and, where appropriate, best practices.
• Keeps the Headquarter fully informed on the condition of the Company and on all the key factors influencing it.
