•Graduate or associate degree from related departments of universities
•Fluency in English both in writing and speaking,
•Analytical thinking, result and detail oriented
•Experienced in user support applications in enterprise environment
•Willing to learn new products and technologies, able to adapt easily to technological innovations
•Strong communication skill,eligible to teamwork
•Have the ability to travel abroad
•Military service must be completed for male candidates
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
•To Support software used in international offices  
•To Support hardware problems (laptop, desktop, printer, network) of international office and international store users and organize spare hardware to ensure business continuity
•Making IT Hardware and Application installations for new international store openings,preparing the store ready for sale
•Provide the necessary IT support and coordination in line with the needs of the departments
•Provide continuous feedback, identify problems and provide solutions
•Document support processes and organize interior trainings
•Supporting the management of Business Unit technology projects
