We are looking for an “IT Recruiter” for our growing HR Team.

 Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial or Management Engineering and other related departments.

·       Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical recruitment.

·       Manage full lifecycle recruiting position processes.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,

·       Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.

·       Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

·       Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability.

·       Experience with HR Recruitment Tools.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage the full life-cycle recruiting processes.

·       Perform skill-based interviews with position requirements and competencies.

·       Screen and filter job applications and make phone interviews with candidates

·       Candidate sourcing, including internet and offline database searches

·       Closely work with Sales Teams and understand customer hiring needs

·       Closely work with Technic Teams and understand technic requirement

·       Check candidate’s references with their previous company

·       Established effective communication and relationship-building with candidates.
