QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

“Bilim Pharmaceuticals, started its operations in 1953, is a completely-local-investment company that produces and markets pharmaceuticals. Bilim Pharmaceuticals conducts its production activities in two separate facilities located in Gebze and Çerkezköy and exports to over 70 countries. Bilim Pharmaceuticals has always been in the top-three pharmaceuticals companies in its active segments. Bilim attains a continuous growth while accomplishing its strategic targets in the Turkish pharma sector in which there are around 500 pharmaceutical companies.” 

Bilim Pharmaceuticals is looking for a “International Product Manager “ for External Markets, Bilim HQ (Beyoğlu). A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below. 


• Graduation from Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Business Administration or related departments 

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• 3-4 years experience in similar position, pharmaceutical sector is a plus 

• Very good level of MS Office (especially in excel)

• Excellent command of English 

• Second language will be preferred,especially Russian 

• No restrictions for travelling to abroad

• No military obligation for male candidates  

Job Description:

• Preparation of annual marketing business plans, budgets and to develop country & product based strategies 

• To perform relevant market sales data and product analysis, identify potential areas and products 

• To realize the current international marketing activities in accordance with country and product Dynamics 

• To determine the marketing working system in the country concerned, to reduce the country product targets to individual targets and to report the targets & results 

• To prepare product presentations for selected existing and new products

• New Market and product analysis 

• To prepare promotional materials for existing and new products in accordance with approved marketing plans and budget 

• Creating Country-Product and promotional budgets with Area Sales Managers considering the targeted short- and long-term strategies

• To realize the application by preparing an effective launch plan including premarketing for new products 

• To follow the world pharmaceutical market and to propose appropriate strategies to evaluate opportunities in potential countries
