Bilim İlaç is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Marketing Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree from related departments,
  • Preferably a master's degree in Marketing, Business or related departments,
  • At least 3 years product management experience and knowledge in a pharmaceutical company (Preferably in diabetes or chronic diseases),
  • Proficient and fluent in English (spoken and written), with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization, planning and communication skills, leadership attributes,
  • Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To establish and follow the strategy and marketing activities necessary for the company to reach the budgeted sales and market share targets of the product / products under its responsibility in line with its mission, vision, goals and objectives.
  • Ensure pre-launch readiness of new product and successful of new product launch.
  • To determine the communication strategies of the target doctors branches, the frequency of working the product, the main message and slogan periodically, on the basis of branches and forms,
  • To increase the market share of its product, to develop suggestions related to creative marketing activities and campaigns, to ensure its implementation after its approval,
  • To follow the company's daily sales reports and monthly IMS data and to determine the deviations,
  • To create and develop a portfolio from key opinion leaders in order to increase the acceptance of the product in the target doctors group.
  • Become ‘guardian of the brand’ by ensuring that all functional deliverables remain consistent with branding and deliver emotional messages aligned to the Brand Story
  • Play an active role in the Marketing Team, providing input for the Marketing function
  • Forecasting and KPI monitoring for the  brand; budget planning, tracking and ROI measurement for Marketing team activities
  • Ensure Marketing team compliance with  regulatory requirements, including Ethics and Compliance 
  • Continue to develop and update product knowledge through reading textbooks, journal articles, technical documents and keep up to date with relevant scientific knowledge and participatein and carry out events including congresses, symposia, field visits, training programs and be prepared to travel to locations in accordance with job requirements.
  • Leads strategic thinking and oversees management of marketing-led initiatives, projects and execution which includes promotional mix and cross channel thinking
  • Looks outside Bilim Pharmaceutical for new ideas to stimulate innovation.
  • Connects unrelated concepts, generates original or unique ideas.
