Bilim İlaç is looking for a Secretary for R&D Department.

A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are
defined below. 

• Bachelor Degree from related fields,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Secretary,
• Competent in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint),
• Strong organisational skills,
• Professional personal presentation,
• To handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of the job,
• Pro-active, self-motivated and energetic personality.

İŞ TANIMI

To work with the expat director of the R&D department:

• Scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments and day-to-day operations,
• Organizing files and records,
• Preparing and editing reports and presentations,
• Coordinating travel and meeting organisations,
• Supporting the orientation process of new expat employees and making translation when it require,
• Greeting and guiding visitors.
