Bilim İlaç is looking for a “HR Business Partner “ for HR Department. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR,
• Fluency in English,
• Having good MS Office skills especially, Excel, PowerPoint and data management skills,
• Strong work ethic and initiative, with optimum time management and project management skills,
• Result-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills, strong communication and high reporting skills within a matrix organization,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Effective communication, interpersonal and coordination skills,
• Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate workforce planning and monitoring activities for the partner departments in alignment with company strategy and targets,
• Communicate and work with business units proactively and in close contact to deliver value-added HR services and develop integrated solutions,
• Establishing business partnerships on behalf of the Human Resources functions throughout the company, conducting budget process, hiring, training, compensation & benefits processes,
• Advising on human resources processes and applications,
• Taking a role in employee engagement, internal/external communication and employer branding processes,
• To work with department managers to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projects,
• Be the first point of contact for all employees in his/her account, regarding all processes, systems and practices carried out by Human Resources Department,
• Build strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees in his/her account to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment.
