QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Bilim Pharmaceuticals, which started its operations in 1953, is a 100% Turkish-funded company that produces and markets pharmaceuticals, a strategic priority. Bilim Pharmaceuticals conducts its production in two separate facilities located in Gebze and Çerkezköy and exports to more than 70 countries. Bilim İlaç has always been in the top-three pharmaceuticals company in its segments and has continuous growth while accomplishing its strategic targets in the Turkish pharmaceuticals sector, in which there are 500 competitor pharmaceuticals company.

Bilim İlaç is looking for a Product Manager for Marketing Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree from related departments,
  • Preferably a master's degree in Marketing, Business or related departments,
  • At least 3 years product management experience in a pharmaceutical company (Preferably in respiratory diseases),
  • Excellent command of English,
  • Strong organization, planning and communication skills,
  • Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To establish and follow the strategy and marketing activities necessary for the company to reach the budgeted sales and market share targets of the product / products under its responsibility in line with its mission, vision, goals and objectives.
  • To determine the communication strategies of the target doctors branches, the frequency of working the product, the main message and slogan periodically, on the basis of branches and forms,
  • To increase the market share of its product, to develop suggestions related to creative marketing activities and campaigns, to ensure its implementation after its approval,
  • To follow the company's daily sales reports and monthly IMS data and to determine the deviations,
  • To create and develop a portfolio from key opinion leaders in order to increase the acceptance of the product in the target doctors group.
