Sr. Marketing Specialist

As an integral member of the Marketing & Communications team, you will be responsible for the development, production, and implementation of ad campaigns big and small. You’ll brief our media and creative agencies, monitor ongoing process and optimize campaigns. Additionally, to apply 360 degrees campaign, you will brief event agencies to create guerilla and digital events. You will have the opportunity to work with our Product, CRM, Design, Buying, Finance Departments and keep in touch with our third parties.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Marketing Communications Team Leader for all Marketing & Communication related matters from beginning to end – briefing, strategic development, planning, creative development, production, and implementation
• Monitor competitors’ activities in order to identify opportunities
• Develop marketing plans, strategies, and tactics to meet company objectives
• Analyze data and market research to determine the effectiveness of marketing strategies and tactics, then making adjustments as needed
• Management and implementation of daily workflow with internal & external partners (including visualization of marketing campaigns, media plans, reporting and budgeting)
• Daily collaboration with Bilyoner’s internal teams (Digital Performance, Content, Product, CRM, Buying & Finance), and external partners (creative and media agencies, event agencies) to ensure the development and execution of successful marketing & communication activities
• Partner with Digital Performance and CRM teams find solutions for generating new traffic, improving conversion, engage audiences, generate leads and convert online and offline audiences into customer databases and leads.
• Creating digital projects with the team
• Preparing budget reports monthly to track the KPIs
• Preparing monthly reports
• Leading PR events in adhoc projects
• Leading sponsorship communications and planning events.
• Processing the promotions productions, distributions and tracking the event and promotion budget.
• Leading quarterly applied market research
• Preparing corporate permission bills and deliver to Spor Toto for new campaigns, new products or new communications.
• Own the brand, the process and the product, and coordinate & brief all partners with that point of view
• Act as a brand ambassador at each milestone and maintain brand consistency & brand positioning, and ensure that all work created by internal & external creative partners meet Bilyoner’s standards for creative excellence
• Consider all communications are built to work in the contemporary communications landscape – thinking digital/mobile first

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing skills both in English and in Turkish
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• 5 years working experience in marketing
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Delivers quality work on time
• Experience in handling multiple projects efficiently, effectively and productively
• Creative, diplomatic, and super-cool under pressure
• The capability to judge creativity in order to give constructive creative feedback to the agencies
• The capability to analyze data and budgets
• Problem solving and multitasking
• Willing to design communication strategies in 360 degrees including events
• A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems
• Continuously search for latest trends to stay ahead of competitors
• Interested in any kind of sports but majorly football, basketball or tennis
• Betting knowledge is a plus.
