Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a new team member who wants to work as a “Business Analyst” in a hybrid workplace model (1 office day in 15 days) for our innovative software and R&D, Saas model company driven by young and dynamic team.

As a Business Analyst, the individual is expected to handle the customer’s business requirements, manage changes, coordinate the development life cycle, and perform testing, verification, and validation of requirements.

Business Analyst will be responsible for;

• Meeting with clients to resolve business and functional/technical requirements,
• Analyzing the business needs of the customers, preparing the detailed documentation and reporting for the software team,
• Identifying user stories, use cases, designing screen mock up accordingly,
• Working closely with product, design, development and test teams to ensure quality of project.

We are looking for you if you have;

• Min. 3 years of professional Business Analysis and testing experience,
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS or a related field preferred,
• Good communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills,
• Being familiar with project management principles is a plus (Agile/Scrum etc.)
• Strong negotiation and client management skills; ability to create collaboration and shared vision across parties with conflicting priorities,
• No military obligations (for male candidates, or postponed for 1 year)
