All BIODERMA innovations start with the skin, its functions and its biology. Since the beginning and even more so since the 1990s, the laboratory has designed benchmark products based on key innovations offering new options to meet the expectations of dermatologists and the needs of their patients. These innovations have covered the areas of sensitive skin, oily skin, dry skin, dehydrated skin, photoprotection, hair and cell regeneration.
This is the role of the production, logistics, marketing and communications departments and all the teams who uphold innovations and guarantee their success.

First of all, it is listening to dermatologists, scientific researchers from around the world, pharmacists and patients suffering from various skin conditions. Then, it is studying the biological processes specific to human skin, analysing its reactions and understanding the causes of problems. Next, it is coming up with effective solutions to treat skin conditions, always while respecting the skin's natural biology. Lastly, it is having dermatologists validate our treatments before making them available in dispensaries.This is the role of the production, logistics, marketing and communications departments and all the teams who uphold innovations and guarantee their success.

- Proven working experience as a budget and financial controller,
- 5 years’ audit experience is a must (big four audit experience preferred),
- Bachelor’s degree from a university in related departments,
- P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet and Budget knowledge is a must,
- Advanced degree in Accounting,
- Experience in Logo , advanced knowledge of MS Office applications is must (Especially Excel and Power point),
- Ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines, strong attention to details, well-organized, team-player,
- Multi-task oriented and ability to work with cross-functional teams,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
İŞ TANIMI
- Responsible for budgeting, reporting, financial planning and internal-external audit,
- Prepares and monitors annual company budget,
- Making budget-actual variance analyses,
- Prepares/supports preparing short, medium and long terms financial projections of the company,
- Prepares financial reports in line with the international standards,
- Prepares/supports preparing monthly company activity and management reports,
- Prepares monthly operational cash flow reports to help decision making process.
