BİOFARMA İLAÇ  SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş we are looking for an "Export Manager"  to be assigned in Export Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

•       Graduates of Universities’ Business Administration, Economics, Engineering and similar departments, MBA is plus
•        Minimum 10 years of export sales and operations experience (min 5 years in pharmaceutical sector)
•        Experienced in team management,
•        Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, sales and customer focus
•        Excellent time management, teamwork, flexibility, negotiation and problem solving skills
•        Fluent in English is a must; French, Russian or Balkan languages are plus,
•        Proficient in using MS Office programs,
•        No restriction for worldwide travel,
•        Military service must be completed for male candidate,

JOB DESCRIPTION

•        Collect and analyse market data to identify and develop export sales opportunities,
•        Create and enhance customer portfolio in export market,
•        Follow the dynamics of the industry and do market research,
•        Ensuring realization of sales targets in related markets,
•        Creating annual sales and expense budgets,
•        Forecast all sales volume for related market and maintain knowledge on all product range,
•        Managing and improving relationships with customers,
•        Monitor weekly/monthly sales data and report to the management,
•        Management and direction of connected colleagues.
