Together Savings and Trade Economy Platform(BIRTEP) is a commercial platform that enables the easy and safe buying and selling of all types of real estate / cars under the most favorable conditions.

We are looking for an HR Analytics Specialist to be assigned to our General Directorate. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below

Job Description

•       To construct and actualize Human Resources analytical systems

•       Performing business valuation and Business Analysis studies (experience in either Hay System or Towers Watson Methods)

•       Analyzing the staff demands of the departments

•       To design, develop and analyze reports in line with the requirements

•       To plan improvements in HR systems,

•       To follow the HR analytics and systems applications, to ensure that the leading applications are brought to our company

•       Contributing to organizational efficiency studies in accordance with company values, strategic goals and objectives

•       To carry out research, benchmarking, training, presentation and communication studies on Human Resources issues under his/her responsibility.

Qualifications

•       Undergraduate from Engineering Faculties of Universities

•       Advanced command of verbal and written English

•       2 years of experience in the HR field

•       Proficiency in Excel, Power Point

•       Experienced in data analysis and reporting

•       To have the ability of analytical thing and powerful interaction skills

•       Able to use time management effectively

•       Capable of multitasking

•       Self-disciplined team worker with excellent communication skills
