DIGITAL MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Finding the best partners and making effective collaborations in the Research and Development community has always been a critical challenge. By simplifying and promoting access to experts and services, the Findaso Digital Platform aims at modifying the traditional ineffective methods for finding the desired partners and services by providing an unlimited digital network.
We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist, bilingual in Turkish / English, fluent in both speaking and writing, preferably with 2 years experience in digital marketing and the major social media platforms.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Manage social calendars, including scheduling, posting and copywriting
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Develop, plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Track the analysis, reporting and optimization suggestions of Google Ads
Partner with social platforms to identify new opportunities
Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights
Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
Fix any errors or bugs in online content
Edit and post videos, podcasts and other content to Social media and online sites
Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Brainstorm and find new solutions to increase advertising conversions and share with management team regularly,
At least Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities,
Advanced command at native fluency level in both English and Turkish, written and spoken.
Proven working experience in digital marketing and social media, preferably 2 years or more.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Solid knowledge of Google Analytics is a must, Facebook Business Manager desirable
Experience with digital tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Hotjar,
