REQUIREMENTS:

·       A bachelor’s degree in relevant departments (Visual Communication Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, etc.)

·       At least 3-year experience as a UX/UI Designer, having generated effective customer experiences, designs and interfaces,

·       Skilled in mobile application interface, web application interface and interactive screen interface design,

·       Ability to design UX/UI for software created,

·       Knowledge/competence in using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign and other supporting programs (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Mural, Invision, etc.),

·       Able to follow the current user interface, trends in mobile interface design and technology trends and reflect this on their work,

·       Have the competencies to transfer the user experience design studies to other teams in the required formats,

·       Excellent command of basic web technologies and guidelines such as HTML, CSS, JS, etc.

·       Experience in web and mobile interface design and a portfolio to showcase it

·       Ability to execute and complete multiple projects simultaneously within limited time frames,

·       Eagerness to self-develop in digital composition (color, layout, icon design, typography, image, etc.), sprite graphics, conceptual idea and responsive design methodologies,

·       Capability to work within the brand and design rules,

·       Ability to use state-of-the-art technology, to ensure a great customer experience and high client satisfaction, to plan and actualise new designs

·       Ability to analyse, learn and integrate new technologies

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Working for Bitay marketing team to prepare new web/mobile page designs and integrations of mobile app,

·       Performing project/product-based user research,

·       Grasping current digital design/experience to create a smooth user experience, researching,

·       Making use of data and web analytics to improve and make recommendations based on output

·       Creation of Personas representing user profiles,

·       Creating wireframe, drafts, user flows, process flows, working prototypes and site maps to better communicate design and experience ideas

·       Designing visually appealing/aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly and efficient interfaces and interface items (menus, tabs, widgets, etc.) and creating libraries

·       Comprehending needs and implementation guidelines to allow software engineers to develop the designs

·       Being in close contact with marketing and technical teams during implementation, ensuring brand guidelines and visual standards on all platforms and channels

·       Generating ideas for defining and troubleshooting UX problems and optimising designs

·       Researching latest interface trends, techniques and technologies and building potential scenarios that develop existing products,

·       Prior working and understanding of crypto/blockchain technologies is a huge plus,

·       Experience designing products for specific areas (fintech, banking, crypto, etc.),
