QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
General Qualification,
At least 3 years of document control and data entry experience,
Able to adapt to a dynamic and busy work environment,
prone to teamwork,
Strong communication skills,
Able to work solution-oriented and produce practical solutions,
Improved job tracking
Job description,
Dealing with the applicants coming for visa applications,
To control the application files,
Performing data entry operations,
Taking fingerprints,
Cargo preparation and control in order to direct the passports from the consulate and embassy to the relevant applicants,
With good knowledge of the Italian language (level b1 certified) and excellent knowledge of English (level B2) and vernacular language (Turkish)
Applications of those residing in Istanbul, Izmir and Ankara will be evaluated.
