• At least 3 years of experience in the field of recruitment in the retail textile sector
• High communication skills, able to adapt to team work
• Good command of English
• To be able to use MS Office programs effectively
• Free to travel

İŞ TANIMI

• Execution of recruitment processes in full
• Publication and follow-ups of announcements in career portals
• Carrying out candidate screening through career portals
• Appraisal of job applications, organazing interviews with appropriate resumes
• On-site interviews with the candidates for stores in the Aegean-Mediterranean region
• Transmission of the documents of the person who will start the work and follow-up of the process until the commencement of the work
• Keeping the candidate pool up-to-date and giving feedback to the candidates evaluated in the process
• Continual analysis of needs and giving suggestions for action
