Opportunity

As a member of our strategy team in CEO Office, you will have a chance to work on the strategic problems of the entire organization by having the reach and ability to help, support, contribute and advise to business owners.

Your Key Responsibilities

Formulating and evaluating strategic agenda: working closely with each business unit to understand and formulate strategic agenda and keep track of key performance indicators to support key management decisions,

Executing and monitoring key strategic projects: cooperating and supporting related business units and key stakeholders to support and follow up key strategic projects.

Identifying improvement opportunitiescontinuously identifying improvement opportunities through analyzing facts and figures from various perspectives, defining internal areas of improvement and leading to the implementation of change.

Developing customer and market insights: Performing competitor and sector analyses together with benchmarking for taking effective decisions indesigning customer and market oriented business development.        

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Having a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics,

·         Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering is a plus,

·         A minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably in a management consulting firm or a strategy department of leading financial services firms (insurance sector experience will be plus),

·         Excellent command of English both written and spoken, including presentation skills,

·         Analytical and structured thinking abilities with strong problem solving and diagnosis skills,

·         Strong motivation to learn and grow in a demanding business environment,

·         Strong interpersonal skills and ability to blend in teams coming from diverse backgrounds,

·         Abilitiy to communicate and explain complex ideas concisely both in paper and verbal discussions,

·         Ability to facilitate internal and external meetings and verbally communicate thoughts clearly,

·         No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least 2 years.
