Job Description

According to the company's customer service plan, responsible for the work arrangement of customer service personnel (mainly for daily after-sales processing and new machine installation), to ensure good communication between the Chinese and Indian teams, and to improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Improving service quality, standardize service work, improve service efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management with members of the group
  • Responsible for the unified planning and configuration of service resources within the group.
  • Responsible for the daily activities of the members of the group and the assessment of key indicators.
  • Agent and terminal technical service support.
  • Others, the leader arranges other daily tasks.
  • Regular travel within assigned territories.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Associate degree.
  • Previous experience in laser cutting industry is an advantage.
  • Outstanding service ability with experience in the delivery of 10,000-watt equipment, a large number of completed work orders, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Willing to be a manager and has the potential to be as a manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and remote communications.
  • Proficient at working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven and responsible.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to travel as required (local and domestic).
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Meticulous attention to details.
  • English or Chinese + Turkish languages can be used as working languages.
  • Local residence permit or working authorization in the local country are required.

  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday (40-45 Hours)
  • On call
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability
