Job Description

This position to support customers with Bodorlaser Inc. Responsible for offering technical advice to the customers and after-sales service in the field. Additional responsibilities include installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Responsibilities

• Service acceptance: Responsible for receiving customer visits, answering and recording local customer service requests, and cooperating with the service manager to dispatch service engineers.
• Service return visit: Responsible for regular and special return visits to local service and existing customer operations according to the requirements of the China headquarters, and report relevant data and analysis results to ensure that the data is accurate and effective.
• Spare parts management: Responsible for customs clearance procedures upon arrival, spare parts inventory receipt, spare parts storage, spare parts delivery, old parts processing (including scrapping, recycling, mailing), spare parts data analysis, and cooperation with the headquarters inventory according to the requirements of the Chinese headquarters. The Chinese headquarters is seamlessly connected.
• Daily management: assist the service manager to complete the procurement of office supplies and items related to the service center, the docking of water and electricity property costs, the docking of finance and taxation, manpower and logistics related work, ensure operational compliance, and do a good job in on-site 5S management
• Others: Other matters assigned by the service manager.

Qualifications

• Associate degree.
• Previous experience in laser cutting industry is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated technical writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and remote communications.
• Proficient at working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven and responsible.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to travel as required (local and domestic).
• Ability to lift 30 kg.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Highly organized.
• Meticulous attention to details.
• English or Chinese + Turkish languages can be used as working languages.
• Local residence permit or working authorization in the local country are required
