This position is based in our resort Amanruya. The resort is located on the northern coast of the Bodrum Peninsula in Mandalya Bay and is situated just north of Bodrum, the South Aegean’s most attractive seaside village.
Responsible for following up to materialize the budgeted revenues of all segments.
The position focuses on hotel's national and international accounts in terms of individual bookings. Assists all matters relating to sales department to ensure smooth running of the department.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Receives processes and confirms guest room reservations made by/for clients over the phone, personally, letter, fax or e-mail,
*Prepares and files correspondence according Aman procedures ensuring that all pertinent information have been recorded, periodically inspect slips to ensure that additional details, changes and messages for guest have been noted,
*Attends to inquiries, complaints and request regarding reservations & informs Reservations Manager,
*Sees to it that reservation papers have been properly filed according to Aman procedures,
*Keeps tight control on room reservation inventory and take necessary action with regard to cancellation and amendments according to established procedures,
*To offer wait list or alternative dates to the guests if there is no requested room type available,
*To follow up guarantee and payment of the reservations,
*Follow up the check in time of all arrivals.
* At least 1 year experience in an international 5 stars hotel,
* Graduated from Tourism, Hospitality or related programs,
* Fluent in English ( both writing and speaking), a second language is an asset
* Proficient at Office and Opera Programs,
* Good team player and communication skills,
* Ability about focusing on details, dynamic,hardworking,self-motivated and creative,
* For male candidates, no relationship with military service.
