This position is based in our resort Amanruya. The resort is located on the northern coast of the Bodrum Peninsula in Mandalya Bay and is situated just north of Bodrum, the South Aegean’s most attractive seaside village. 


Responsible for following up to materialize the budgeted revenues of all segments.  

The position focuses on hotel's national and international accounts in terms of individual bookings. Assists all matters relating to sales department to ensure smooth running of the department.


  • To assist Director of Sales for preparing the annual and monthly forecasting.
  • To follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the knowledge of the department superiors.
  • To explore economical data, new developments in certain companies’ structures, new assignments, industrial complexes, new business centers, new projects which all could be of interest and benefit of the hotel and to distribute this information to her colleagues.
  • To keep close follow up on developments of the competitor hotels (occupancy, structural alterations, renovation, special campaigns, rate promotions, marketing efforts, theme events etc.). 
  • To update customers with the latest development of the hotel by means of Web-site and some other available distribution channels.
  • To prepare reports on weekly and monthly basis
  • Responsible for maintaining all standards.
  • To keep department superiors informed of all changes in the guest profile.
  • To follow up market trend and suggest necessary actions to Director of  Sales.
  • To monitor reservation pick-up for the coming month and share information with Sales Staff.
  • To monitor group bookings and work close to Sales Executives in order to achieve budgeted figures.
  • Continuous follow up the rate strategy of the hotel and upgrade the PMS.
  • Maximise revenue by mainly implementing yield management and upselling techniques.
  • Performs other duties assigned by his / her Supervisor


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Very good computer skills preferably in Opera, proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Luxury hotel and 5 star hotel experience
  • Operation knowledge in an international chain hotel is an asset
  • Relevant experience preferably at managerial
  • Good organizational skills
  • High level of integrity, enthusiasm, dedication, support for continuous improvement
  • Self starter, coach and mentor who can motivate the entire Team to perform their best
