LOCATION


This position is based in our resort Amanruya. The resort is located on the northern coast of the Bodrum Peninsula in Mandalya Bay and is situated just north of Bodrum, the South Aegean’s most attractive seaside village. 


POSITION


The objective of this position is to implement all relevant activities in the field of Human Resources and Quality according to Turkish Labor Laws and AMAN policies and procedures. 

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· 

       

  • Ensures an accurate staff monitoring and filing system.
  • Assists HR Manager to implement and coordinate all activities related with Turkish Labor Laws and Regulations.
  • Responsible for all HR Office administration tasks including functional assistance to employees in Human Resources matters.
  • Maintains friendly, sincere relations with all employees and close collaboration with all departments.
  • Implements and coordinate all activities related with Turkish Labor Law accurately.
  • Possesses a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office and hotel management issues.
  • Works closely with HR Manager and provides functional assistance in the fields of quality and brand standards, performance appraisals, organizing social and sports activities for the employees, implementation of the duties and HR programmes from AMAN Corporate HR Office. 
  • Ensures that accurate job descriptions exist for all applicable positions and that the information is reviewed and updated annually.
  • Ensures that the employee locker rooms remain clean, orderly and immediate corrective action is taken if not.
  • Plans overall hotel Training Activities in timely manner.
  • Co-ordinates together with the HR Manager that training activities and departmental training including daily service briefings at all departmental levels are continuously provided and, where necessary, are properly and constantly administered.
  • In performing these duties he/she shall at all times maintain good relations with his/her supervisor, the Department Heads and supervisors.
  • Executes, supervises and co-ordinates training activities within the hotel (skills training, general training, daily briefings)
  • Updates personal training history files of all employees in co-ordination with the HR Manager.
  • Provides support and supervises the activities of the Departmental Trainers and checks regularly the proper introduction of new employees.
  • Performs other duties assigned by HR Manager


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • At least 3 years experience in an international 5 stars or luxury hotel,
  • Graduated from Tourism, Hospitality or related programs,
  • Good in English ( both writing and speaking)
  • Proficient at Office and Logo HR Programs,
  • Good team player and communication skills,
  • Ability about focusing on details, dynamic, hardworking, self-motivated and creative,
  • For male candidates, no relationship with military service.

Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Student), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
