We are looking for a “ Senior Budget & Financial Controlling Specialist ” for Borusan EnBW Energy.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• University Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering. Preferably an MBA degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Budgeting & Financial Controlling
• SAP-BPC experience is an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Business Fluent in English
• Effective management of relations with shareholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Multi-task oriented team player

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparation of condensed monthly reporting for shareholders and management of JV.
• Report actual-vs-planned budget performance status and identify actions for discrepancies in coordination with all departments
• Support Budgeting Manager and other departments in the development and consolidation of departmental budgets
• Make analysis and suggest amendments to the process owners to be in line with company targets
• Monitor actual purchasing requests against budgeted figures (mainly G&A and OPEX)
• Provides analytical support in the review of operations and programs, undertakes special studies
• Implementation and development of company KPIs and continually monitoring of actual and planned figures
• Preparation of regular forecasts according to requirements of shareholders (P&L, BS, CFS)
• Supports audit and compliance processes, in closing and all related processes (incl. Audit Report)
• Analysis of Generation volumes and Price development
• Help develop detailed cost structure, pricing and business assumptions for new investments
• Support improvement projects and initiatives
