Senior Finance Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering and preferably an MBA degree,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Finance,
• Experience in financial analysis, financial modelling and accounting,
• Proficiency in Excel,
• Excellent English (writing and speaking),
• Effective management of relations with shareholders,
• Ability to manage multiple projects,
• Multi-task oriented team player,
• No military obligation.

İŞ TANIMI

• Preparing financial models for project financing,
• Participating in execution of project finance transactions, contract negotiations,
• Preparing legal documentation and conducting coordination with lawyers,
• Provide necessary documentation during banks’ due diligence process,
• Effective and fast management of conditions precedent process,
• Execution of signing meetings with all parties,
• Follow up on the obligations in already executed agreements e.g. documentation delivery to banks, covenant and cash flow control,
• Carry out necessary amendments concerning existing agreements,
• Support the finance team in other areas when necessary,
