We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to be located in Gemlik, Bursa

Qualifications

• Graduated from engineering departments of universities,
• Preferably 3 years of experience in planning, reporting, and analysis processes,
• Excellent command in English
• Proficient in Ms Office programs, especially able to use advanced excel,
• Having a customer-oriented working discipline, prone to teamwork,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Analytical thinking and solution-oriented
• Able to adapt to dynamic working environments and flexible working hours,

Job Desriciptions

• Entering the order information from the sales unit into the system,
• Working in coordination with production planning and providing necessary information,
• Ensuring the follow-up of the process by communicating with the Vobarno factory and the manufacturing department.
• Creating and analyzing data for forecasting studies,
• Preparing reports on a monthly, weekly and annual basis,
• Carrying out process improvement studies integrated into our ERP system that will contribute to the management of sales channels
• Following and managing the stock quantities in Gemlik plant
• Tracking and reporting major KPIs in both operational and commercial areas of the segment
• Conducting deep dive analysis and providing constructive feedback to the operational responsibles.
• As a result of reviews and deep dive analysis, identifying improvement points both in operational and commercial areas of the segment
• Periodically reporting the improvement points and tracking the progress.
