We’re looking for a Corporate Strategy Executive to be located in Beyoğlu, İstanbul, reporting to Financial Planning Control Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• At least 6 years experience in corporate strategy, data analysis, business intelligence/insights, or equivalent consulting experience
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
• Excellent presentation preparation skills
• Highly analytical and strategic thinker, with a proven track record of defining and executing complex analysis with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in business intelligence, marketing, digital, and analytics projects preferred
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma continuous improvement projects
• Analytical thinking, result-oriented, fast in action but with detailed planning,
• The ability to effectively work with team members including operations personnel and also with representatives of external shareholders
• Available for business travels and able to temporarily stay abroad  on a project basis, if needed

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing a 5-year strategic plan in line with the vision and mission of the company, establishing targets, analyzing, questioning, and consolidating the plans, ensuring coordination by working closely with the senior management, company managers and the relevant departments of the Holding,
• Planning, and managing the strategic management process (internal/external, environmental analysis, competitive analysis, strategy formulation, strategy maps, business plans, monitoring & evaluation)
• In addition to administrative and operational preparations for company mergers and acquisitions, making necessary feasibility studies and financial analysis on company investments, evaluating and following up the company's investment demands and projects
• Taking part in projects carried out in line with the company's main business objectives and strategies, providing information support for the decision-making of the company's senior management with project-based analysis, feasibility, modeling, valuation studies
• Contributing to the development of strategic management systems, establishing systems, and following related projects
• Preparing the company's quarterly and annual activity reports,
• Conducting research and analysis that will serve strategic decisions by following economic and sectoral developments, global trends, and competitor strategies, and creating company strategy and action plans in this context,
• Preparing company presentations for critical events of senior management or Board or for investor relations purposes.
