Foreign Trade Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Foreign Trade Operations Specialist for our head office in Beyoğlu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business related discipline
• Min  3 years’ experience in International Trade & Customs
• Excellent knowledge of International Trade processes and Customs Compliance in Turkey
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Open to new aspects, flexible
• Innovative approach, practical thinking, coordination and organization skills
• Working experience in complex, stressful, demanding and highly cross functional environments, good in handling chaotic and unclear business issues
• Strong analytical and data driven mindset
• Energic, hardworking, high problem-solving capability

Job Duties

• Executing and ensuring smooth processing of export operations, ability to create solutions under related legislation/regulations 
• Knowledge of Contract Management in terms of all types of Payment Guarantees, Incoterms, Documentation, Receivables Follow up, Cargo Insurance & Claim Processes, Logistics, Customs Operations & Compliance
• Close contact with customers, suppliers, customs brokers, logistic companies, surveyors, banks, financial institutions, insurance brokers and all related parties within the company.
• Letter of Credit Management, knowledge and understanding of related rules in scope of ICC.
