Job Description

- Apply project management knowledge and tools.

- Fulfill project management plan utilizing the specified project team and all other resources.

- Participation and organization project acceptance request studies within plant

- Make decision within approved project management plan

- Control project scope, time, cost, quality over the project duration

- Following customer prototype orders and deliviries

- Close cooperation with customer, development teams and plant on technical topics on an international level

- Leading international and interdisciplinary project teams (design, purchasing, customer, production, layout, sample shop, series preparation

- Ensuring the usage of Know-How in  individual customer projects

- Reporting project status regularly to internal customers and management

- Documenting project progress according to quality directives

- Participation and organization product cost studies within plant

- Escalate decisions needs beyond project management plan to review board

Qualifications

- BSc/Ms.Degree in Mechanical Engineering /  Industrial Engineering

- Knowledge about project management tools like Microsoft office software, MS Project, etc.

- SAP: good knowledge

- Very good English skills (written and spoken). Knowledge of German is preferred.

- Working (2-3 years experience) in similar position/tasks and/or educational experience in technical project management

- Having project management certification is preferred.

- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with a high degree of flexibility within a changing workplace environment.

- Ability to secure cooperation and assistance from others to achieve defined objectives of the role.

- Ability to manage one's own time, set priorities, plan, monitor and organize work in order to meet specific time frames and allocated tasks within the role
