Job Description

-Communication with end-customer and / or internal customers related with plan to plant deliveries in case of any claim or quality notification

-Coordination and handling of internal and external customer claims within Rexroth Bursa Plant

-Supporting manufacturing section in handling of internal technical failures

-Taking role in problem solving team and/or leading problem solving team in case of any customer complaint and/or internal quality problem

- Ensuring serial production quality assurance activities such as internal process release, part and process approval procedure, engineering changes, concession, product audit and lessons learned activities

-Supporting manufacturing section for any quality related topics by participating daily Point CIP and Q-TabIe meeting and performing Q-oriented process confirmation

- Taking role as representative of product quality section in project team of any project such as insourcing, outsourcing, transfer and new product projects

-Performing process audits and following up implementation status of the actions defined in the audited section (as lead/co-process auditor)

Qualifications

BSc or MSc Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical or Mechatronics Engineering

Experience in Quality Assurance

Engineering. Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements. Deep knowledge about problem solving techniques such as 8D,

Ishikawa, Six Sigma, Shainin etc. Knowledge about preventive failure approaches such as FMEA.

Good communication skilis both in internal and external business environment.

Good level of English, German Will be a plus.
