QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Participating customer visits with sales engineers, providing technical support to projects.
- Organizing and managing the processes of commissioning the projects in the field
- Establishing continuous and close relations with customers, creating regular visit plans
- Following active projects in the field, managing the customer's technical expectations and complaints
- Organization of necessary service actions for the detection and elimination of technical problems encountered in the field
- Following technical developments to inform the team and customers about these developments
Qualifications
- Graduate from Mechanical or Mechatronics or Electric& Electronic Engineering
- Advance level of English
- No travel restriction (%50-60 travel)
- 2-3 years field & service experience
- Construction Machinery and/or Hydraulic work experience is an advantage.

More than 2 years of experience
