3rd-4th year or master students from reputable universities with relevant educational background such as Business Administration, Management Information Systems and Engineering
Flexible schedule to work at least 3 days per week
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills and hard working personality
Good understanding personal responsibility, flexible and eager to learn
Interest in heating/cooling systems, international business relations, distributor management

Assistance ofExport Sales team in all business tasks i.e. preparation of presentations, monthly reports, business plan, new projects
Creation and regular update of department’s portal
Preparation of weekly sales and visit reports from CRM
Conducting market research and analysis of market database according to product groups and competition
Following up written and verbal communications with current and prospective customers in the Middle East and Caucasus region from various communicationchannels
Working closely with sales support, product management, logistics, finance, after sales and all other internal stakeholders
General support in various office administrative duties
