Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as Key Account Manager for OEM Projects within Bosch Automotive Aftermarket, Turkey & Middle East organization.

Your contribution to something big:

•  Main contact for all New OEM business enquiries (e.g. TOGG)
•  Processes planning & roll outs* Budget management* Business development 
• Software development support
• Contract Management
• Conditions and price updates

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Structured and independent working style along with the intrinsic motivation to make things happen
• More than 5 years experience in the automotive aftermarket business (Preferably OEM authorized workshop network business)
• Rich experience in OEM/OES workshop services management; Solid understanding of workshop processes; Basic understanding of automotive technologies, vehicle diagnosis and awareness of future trends
• Deep understanding of workshop management processes
• Firm affinity to digital transformation within workshop management
• Strong verbal and written negotiation skills in English and Turkish. German is an asset
• Bachelor's, or Master's Degree with engineering or business background. MBA is an asset
• High analytical thinking ability
• Excellent level of IT tools usage skills (SAP, MS Office applications,..)
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Good presentation skills and persuasive communication
• Ability to travel and have a valid driving license
• No military obligation for male candidates
