Import Export Responsible (1 Year Contract)

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Import Export Responsible.

Your contribution to something big:

• Check and prepare the customs documents for the shipments
• Initiate & Follow up customs process via SAP
• Follow up customs regulation changes and implement immediately operations via a Broker
• Prioritize customs operations based on customer supply chain requirements
• Prepare KPI reports for operational performance
• Actively taking part in improvement projects
• Provide and ensure AEO requirements via daily operations
• Can design and propose suitable alternative solution scenarios for possible concerns
• Provides systematical approach with cause and effect analysis and in connection with affected stakeholders

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Graduate from industrial engineering, economics,  business administration or foreign trade
• 2 years Experience in foreign trade area is an asset
• Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups i.e. interface and engage with challenging internal customers and international suppliers in a constructive manner
• Analytical thinking with data analysis capability
• Advanced in MS office applications and SAP
• Very good command of English
