Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as an Import Export Responsible. 

Your contribution to something big:

By being in close contact with sales and production departments and customer:

•  Check and prepare the customs documents for the shipments
•  Initiate & Follow up customs process via SAP
•  Follow up customs regulation changes and implement immediately operations independently  and in cooperation with customs broker
•  Prioritize customs operations based on company and customer supply chain requirements
•  Prepare KPI and internal control reports for operational performance
•  Ensure business continuity in all entities of responsibility
•  Provide and ensure AEO requirements via daily operations and additionally be in charge of preparations and audits.
•  Can design and propose suitable alternative solution scenarios for various projects possible concerns in the whole region
•  Provides systematical approach with cause and effect analysis , root cause analysis and solutions in connection with affected stakeholders
•  Provides initiatives for possible opportunities in line with business requirements as well as targets of productivity
•  Aims to initiate and implement digitization projects with solid experience in the field and deep analysis of the requirements
•  Defines and simplifies the complicated business cases for transparency of the problem and solutions
•  Plans and implements preventive short term and long term measures
•  Shows cost benefit analysis clearly and provide each individual input openly and quickly
•  Initiates and runs logistics projects in line with foreign trade operations in Turkey and in the region.
