Job Description

Students enrolled in University departments can work minimum three days per week in our Istanbul Headquarters.
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Information Technologies Smart Start.

Your contribution to something big:

• Willing to work as Consultant about desktop operations topic
• Willing to learn new tools
• Resolves user problems by answering questions and requests
• Follow documented procedures
• Documents problems and actions by creating tickets

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• 3. or 4 th year student in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Information system departments
• Advanced Level of English
• Result Oriented
• Eagerness to learn
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
