Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as OEM Projects Operation Responsible within Bosch Automotive Aftermarket, Turkey & Middle East organization.

Your contribution to something big:

• Invoice, purchase order, payment follow up for New OEM customers (e.g. TOGG)
• Customer requirements, complaints management
• Customer satisfaction management,
• Data Analysis,
• Regular reporting
• Warranty processes management* Training / qualification follow-up

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

•  Good planning and organizational skills
• More than 2 years experience in the automotive aftermarket business (Preferably OEM authorized workshop network business)
• Good understanding of workshop management processes
• Very good verbal and written negotiation skills in English and Turkish.
• Bachelor's Degree with engineering or business background.
• Excellent level of IT tools usage skills (SAP, MS Office applications,..)
• Good presentation skills and persuasive communication
• Ability to travel and have a valid driving license
• No military obligation for male candidates
