Job Description

• Development and implementation of C&B programs and policies aligned with the organization's strategy
• Execution of Position evaluation and organizational planning process with HR Business Partners
• Design HR analytics and develop reports in accordance with organization need.
• Monitor new trends in the market and develop new benefits & recognition programs, active role in implementation & communication process.
• Manage the overall planning and execution of Annaul Salary Review, Bonus and Benefits programs
• Consult and give trainings to related parties on compensation philosophy, trends and practices by conducting job analysis, research & benchmarks, ad-hoc analysis.
• Participation in cross-functional HR projects or company wide strategy  projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics
• Practical experience in HR advantageous
• Learning Agility-Willing to learn new skills and develop himself/herself continuously
• Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
• The ability to work independently, proactive & flexible in a change-oriented environment
