Job Description

Your contribution to something big;

• Support of serial production for technical and quality related topics
• Development and Implementation of process improvements to achieve challenging quality, cost and functionality targets
• Support for start of production and ramp up of new lines and new products
• Responsibility and support for R+D-projects and in-sourcing activities
• Able to work with international teams for industrialization and insourcing projects

Qualifications

What distinguishes you;

• A Bs/Msc Degree in Chemical,Metallurgical & Material and Mechanical engineering or having relevant engineering background.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and/or German
• Proven track record for experience of working in surface technology
• At least 2 years experience in production or a comparable working area
• Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills
• Open mindset to work in an intercultural environment as well as the willingness to travel abroad.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
