QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Product Area Electronics Business Developer & Electronic Service Workshop Expert.

Your contribution to something big:

• Lead the daily operations of Bosch Electronic Service operations in Turkey, reporting functionally to our headquarter in Hildesheim, Germany, and disciplinary to the head of Automotive Aftermarket operations in Region Turkey, Iran and the Middle East.
• Act as active business developer for all electronic service portfolio. As business developer, generate active customer acquisiton projects, run them by intense customer visits and prepare extra services to match the market requirements
• Sales of high-caliber repair, remanufacturing, calibration and maintenance services to the customers, existing both in the IAM and OES channels for their automotive electronic components (e.g. Car Multimedia, ABS, ESP, ECU,..) and their diagnostics test equipment products
• Drive the service business with full P&L responsibility
• Manage the local services budget
• Tracking all service activities thru Bosch global service management software and quality guidelines
• Strong customer focus, with the ability to manage the service requirements and customer expectations
• Provide repair services with high quality and make it available for the key customers in the market by acting as one Automotive Aftermarket services provider
• Close cooperation with other Bosch divisions (non-automotive) to provide local repair services for their electronic product portfolio or such services directly for their customers
• Lead the repair services workshop team by building up one common leadership approach
• Create and develop a team spirit
• Drive the behaviour and the cultural mindset change of the team
• Follow up and report key performance indicators of service operations and report them thru Cockpit Charts regularly
• Regular tracking of customer satisfaction by
• Visiting the current and potential customers in the market
• İmplementing and following up measures out of the results from customer surveys for all services products by using all communication channels

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Engineering degree in Electrics/Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields
• Min. 3 years of experience in technical after sales, preferably in the automotive sector
• Hand on experience in technical support, maintenance and repair of electronic systems & components
• Excellent communication in English and Turkish, both written and spoken. German knowledge is an asset
• Be able to work in a fast-paced-multi-cultural environment
• High analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Result oriented, high self-disciplined & motivation, self-initiative, work under pressure and solution-oriented
• Excellent level of IT tools usage skills (SAP, MS Office applications,..)
• Ability to travel and have a valid driving license
• No military obligation for male candidates
